Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at team@smrleisure.com.

1. RETURNS:

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund.  
  • All items discounted at 50% off or more are marked as final sale, and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed and must have all tags attached.
  • For hygiene and health and safety reasons, all swimwear and beauty product sales are final. No returns will be allowed. 
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors.
  • Any returns must be made at your own cost. Please obtain proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to us.

If you receive a faulty item, please get in touch with our Customer Service within 15 days. For our Resistance Bands products, we offer a 30-day warranty. In the unlikely event of defects in the product’s materials or manufacturing, please contact our customer service team.

We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but on occasion, it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will check this for you.

As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be sent back to the customer.

 

2. EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item(s) to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item please follow the steps stated above.

 

3. SHIPPING

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, shipping generally takes 5-7 business days. Free delivery is available for U.S. orders over $70.* 

During holidays and sale periods, you might see shipping delays due to the high volume of orders. We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International shipping is available to UK and Western Europe. Free delivery to these locations is available for orders over $150.** Unfortunately, shipping is not available to Canada, Australia, or New Zealand at this time.

1. Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information. All duties and taxes need to be paid by you the customer.

2. For return orders, you must contact us. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping fees.

3. The refund will be processed at the same exchange rate that was in effect at the time that you paid for your order. Your refund will NOT include any customs, tariffs, and taxes that you paid on your original order.

4. Please note that you may be charged a new U.S. Customs fee for the product to be returned to the U.S.

5. For any defect merchandise we would be required to show proof prior to any refund issued.

6. Unfortunately, eGift Cards are not available for purchase or redemption on international orders.
